Affiliate Terms & Conditions Please read these Affiliate Terms & Conditions prior to signing up to our affiliate program. Once you have read them, you may click the link I Understand The Terms and Go To Sign-Up to take you back to the affiliate sign-up page. There you should select AGREE to the terms and conditions prior to completing the form. THESE TERMS OF USE PERTAIN TO AN INDIVIDUAL AND/OR COMPANY'S USAGE AND PARTICIPATION IN THE BAIT MASTER AFFILIATE PROGRAMME. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EDIT, CHANGE, AND AMEND THESE TERMS. BY PARTICIPATING YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS: 1. JOINING THE PROGRAM - By completing and submitting the Affiliate Sign Up Form you will automatically become a Bait Master Affiliate. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise The Bait Master site and products and receive a commission on sales generated by your referrals. You also agree to receive periodic mailings regarding The Bait Master program. 2. REVOCATION OF AFFILIATE STATUS - Your application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons: Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks), Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...), Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities, Poronographic sites, sites of an indecent nature such as, Violence, Rape, Violation of intellectual property rights (copying The Bait Master material WITHOUT first subscribing as a Bait Master affiliate) please be advised that you cannot copy in whole or part of The Bait Master website without prior permission this website is Copyright © 2006 TheBaitMaster.com. 3. LINKING TO THE BAIT MASTER - You may use graphic and text links both on your website and in emails. The Bait Master may also be advertised "off-line" in classified ads, magazines, and newpapers (This method may be done as a Super Affiliate. See Super Affiliate below). You may use the graphics and text provided by The Bait Master, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions in paragraph 2 above. 4. SUPER AFFILIATES - To become a Super Affiliate you must be prepared to advertise your affiliation with The Bait Master within newspapers and Fishing Magazines. Monthly costs to advertise in the National Carp Magazines for example range from just £28.00 inclusive of VAT per month. We can design you a mini website, which will be re-directed to our online bait supplies at TheBaitMaster.com. We'll also buy you your very own domain name worth £9.99. Domain names will become renewable in two years. The renewal cost will be your responsibility. The Super Affiliate Package costs a one off fee of just £55.00. We will host your website on our own servers at no additional cost to you for the first year. For further details to become a Super Affiliate please email (admin at thebaitmaster dot com) and request for Super Affiliate details. 5. AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS - Affiliates will be paid a marketing referral fee for every visitor they refer to TheBaitMaster.com via their own personal referral link (provided on signup), and whom in turn purchases any of our products online. Our commission structure currently applies to one level. For level one direct referrals you will receive 25% commission based on all sales excluding delivery rates. Commissions will sent to you once your sales reach £50.00 (twenty five GBP). If for any reason a product purchased via your link is returned and a replacement is not purchased then there are no commission fees payable. If we have sent you a payment prior to receiving a return of goods then the commission paid out will be deducted from future payments to cover that particular loss of business for that specific return. 6. AFFILIATE CASHBACK PURCHASES - The Bait Master gives commissions (similar to cashback) when an affiliate purchases any Bait Master product (Excluding Tackle & Equipment from external associated links) from his or her own unique referral link provided by The Bait Master. The cashback accrued purchasing for yourself will be payable once your purchases reach £100.00. 7. UNIQUE TRACKING - After signing up to The Bait Master Affiliate Program you will receive a unique affiliate URL code sent to you by email. This URL is used to advertise our website by placing our banners, buttons or text links on your website. When someone clicks through this code a cookie will be set in their browser with your tracking ID and their IP address will also be logged. During that visit to our website or any later visit, when a purchase is made the commission will be given based on the existence of the cookie or a match of the IP address in the database. Super Affiliate Tracking - will be integrated into your domain name and the mini website, which we design for you and will then work in the same way as above for a standard affiliate. 8. TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT - These terms will begin upon your signup with The Bait Master Affiliate Program and will end when either you or The Bait Master terminates your status. The terms of this agreement may be modified at any time by The Bait Master. If any modification is unnacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliation with us. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change. 9. LIABILITY - The Bait Master, its Directors, Proprietors, Employees and other members of staff employed under The Bait Master name will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate program tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program. We make no claim that the operation of The Bait Master will be error-free and will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
We'll pay you 25% commission for every successful sale you make as an affiliate when selling The Carple Bait Range from your unique affiliate link (provided on registering). Your commission payment will be sent to you once your account reaches £50.00. Just place an advert in your local paper or carp magazine advertising your website address and reap the rewards. |
