Orders Over 5 Kilos
We charge an additional 36p per kilo, which also includes a courier fuel surcharge, which we're charged plus packing and handling.  Orders over 1 kilo will be delivered by FedEx.

Delivered To (Zone C)
Is based on £18.00 up to 10 kilos. If your order is over 10 kilos we charge an additional 55p per kilo.

Delivered (Zone D & E )
Is based on £25.00 up to 10 kilos and 60p per kilo thereafter.

If you don't require special delivery arrangements, then we'd be pleased to deliver your order using our standard next day delivery service, which will see your goods arrive the following day of completing or cooking your order* (point three below applies).

• For Next Day Delivery same day destpatch (if not ordering steamer baits) - please be advised that your order must be received by us no later than 2pm. If we receive your order later than this time then your order will be despatched the day after.
• Saturday delivery is not available not unless you're willing to pay the extortionate rates this incurs? If you require bait for Saturday, it is strongly advised to place your order no later than 2pm Wednesday this will ensure your order will be despatched Wednesday for you to receive it Thursday as dispatching Thursdays may not reach you Friday for whatever reason (excluding any bait products, which require being made for your order).
• * Delivery of Carple Steamers - all Carple Steamers are made fresh to order and there is currently a seven day lead time for these products. Therefore, orders placed containing orders for Carple Steamer Baits will be sent within seven working days of your order date.

Customers And Site Visitors
I understand how expensive it is to deliver products and how in most cases can practically double the price of your order. Therefore, I hope you can appreciate I have really stuck my neck out here by lowering our delivery rates for you. All I ask of you is to let your mates know about the delivery rates The Bait Master offers and for you to utilise The Bait Master website as your source for bait.

Customers Responsibility Of Delivery Details
It has come to our attention through the many orders we receive on a weekly basis that some customers are not providing the correct delivery address details or contact phone numbers for the courier to contact them should they have problems finding the delivery address.

I cannot stress enough how important it is to submit the correct delivery details and correct daytime contact number for example: A mobile phone or if being delivered to your place of work your works phone number. The Bait Master will not accept responsibility of non delivered products or late delivered products due to incorrect delivery and contact details provided during the shopping cart/checkout stage.

If for what ever reason a delivery consignment is returned to the courier depot having failed to be delivered through customer error and requires to be delivered again during weekdays or weekends then it is the customers responsiblility to pay any additional charges that the courier firm may charge The Bait Master, which includes premium (weekend rates or non premium rates weekdays or Next Day before 9am, 10am or before noon).
