Returning Goods If you wish to exercise your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations you may only cancel your order by writing, by fax or by email. Telephone calls cannot be accepted. If you need to return a product you should contact us as soon as possible following the delivery and receipt of your order. On doing so we will be made aware of your return and can provide you with a Return Material Authorisation Number (RMA). It is your responsiblity to return the product to us safely and in its original condition as you received it. Should you choose The Bait Master to arrange for the product to be collected you will be liable to pay the cost of the collection. If the product being returned is faulty, then we will incur the cost of the return. All products sent to you must be returned if they are physically associated with the damaged/faulty product. Failing that, only the faulty/damaged product should be returned. Any product returned to us must be returned with same packaging unless the packaging is unsafe for transit and could cause further damage or loss. Refunds will be processed once we have completed a thorough investigation as to why the product was faulty or damaged in transit. This is normally within 30 days of receiving the returned product. When you return anything to us you should make sure it is suitably insured based on the value of the product. This means that the full value may be recovered by you if the product is lost or damaged. You should retain any receipt confirming the return. If returned products are lost we will not be held liable. 4.
Distance Selling Regulations To cancel your order you must notify us within 7 working days following the day of delivery. You must return the item to us as required by these Terms. If you do not or if you return it at our expense we may charge you the reasonable costs of returning it. The goods must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition. If the product you ordered is a perishable product then you must accept the product due to the length of time the product has been out of freezer storage. You are responsible for the cost of safe carriage back to us. You are strongly advised to arrange for adequate insurance to cover the product during its return journey. The item should be returned within 7 working days from the date we receive your cancellation. If you are unable to return it to us within 7 working days you must contact us to arrange a collection, which will be at your cost. Products can only be returned if the seal on the product is completely intact. The only exception to this is if the product is faulty. Damaged or Faulty Goods If you receive your order and for example a bucket is broken and the contents have been partially losts or damaged, you should contact us immediately by calling 08707 607 287 the phone call should also be followed with an instant email outlining the damage. A photograph where able should also also be taken of the damage as this can aid compensation from the Courier who delivered your order. Follow this the contents of your email should also be mailed to us with your signature. We can then start an investigation as to why your order was received in such a state. 6.
Unwanted Goods We are entitled, subject to our discretion, to accept products that are unopened and unused subject to the deduction of a handling and administration fee of 20%. To find out whether this will be possible, please contact us before seeking to return or send anything to us. If we authorise the return of an unwanted or incompatible product, you are responsible for the cost of safe carriage to us and we would advise you to organise appropriate insurance. 7.
Receipt of Your Order Under no circumstances will The Bait Master be held liable for non receipt of attempted deliveries by the courier service. 7a.
Receipt of Freezer Baits When orders leave The Bait Master, The Bait Master will inform you through your registered shopping account that, "Order With Courier" plus a note informing you of the date of despatch and date of expected delivery to the address provided. All deliveries are based on a Next Day delivery once despatched from our premises, no precise delivery time can ever be provided unless you are paying for a special timed delivery. Under no circumstances will The Bait Master be held liable for non receipt of attempted freezer bait deliveries by the courier service having provided you with the despatch and delivery dates. 8.
Prices and Payment The price you pay is the price shown on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception. We always try to ensure that all the prices on our website are accurate and up to date but mistakes may occur. If we discover a mistake in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, we will give you a full refund. 9.

Delivery We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time period, but delays are sometimes inevitable or beyond our control and time for delivery will not be of the essence of the contract. We will seek to keep you informed of any delay to your expected delivery date. You are responsible for ensuring that the product(s) delivery destination are suitable for delivery. Where delivery has been attempted, your delivery charge will not be refunded. Having completed your shopping and are in the checkout.
